VIEWING & INSPECTION
Viewing is available from 10.00am to 3.00pm on Friday 4th April.
We highly recommend inspection on all items. We will endeavour to describe all goods as accurately as possible with the information we are given. Inspection is extremely important and highly recommended for potential buyers to ascertain the overall description and condition of any items they are considering purchasing.

BUYERS PREMIUM
This Sale is GST inclusive.
A buyer's premium of 17.25% including GST will be added to your winning bid price. Example winning bid $100.00. Add buyer's premium total cost $117.25
AUCTION START TIME
This Auction is a Timed Online Only Auction. It will not be live streamed/called by an Auctioneer.
The Auction will start closing from 6pm on Sunday 6th April, staggered with a lot closing every 30 seconds.
If a lot receives a bid within the last 2 minutes it will remain open for an additional 2 minutes. If any further bidding occurs, the extension timer will reset to 2 minutes.
**Important** Our online bidding platform is internet based. For this reason, we recommend you do not leave it until the last few seconds of an auction closing to place a bid. A lag in the internet connection can result in a bid not being registered in time. We recommend you make use of the auto bid function by choosing the amount you wish to bid up to (the system will then bid on your behalf up to your chosen amount).
BIDDING INCREMENTS
Bidding increments for this Auction are as follows: $0-$200 = $10 / $200-$500= $25 / $500-$1000 = $50 / $1000-2000 = $100 / $2000+ = $250.
RESERVES
We are selling on behalf of our clients (Vendors). The Vendor may stipulate reserves on their items. As such some of the items in this auction may be subject to a reserve. If the reserve is not met during the auction the item will be passed in. The Auctioneer can negotiate with the highest bidder. If the highest bidder does not buy the Auctioneer can then negotiate with other buyers.
PAYMENT & COLLECTION
An email will be sent at the end of the auction with a copy of your invoice and full payment instructions.
There are no payment facilities onsite. Payment must be made prior to collection, and you will need to take a PAID invoice with you for collection. Payment are to be made online to the bank account provided at the base of the invoice.
Collection is during the following hours: 9am to 3pm Monday 7th April and 9am-3pm Tuesday 8th April
All goods MUST be collected by 3pm on Tuesday 8th April.
Buyers are responsible to bring appropriate labour and tools to safely dismantle and collect any purchase. Buyers are responsible for any make-good to the premises for any damage caused by them or their agents during the removal of their goods. Remedies must meet the satisfaction of the landlord.
