AUCTION LOCATION
This is an Onsite and Online Auction.
The Onsite location is The Saloon, 2 Port Albert Road, Wellsford.

VIEWING & INSPECTION
Viewing is available from 10am to 4pm on Tuesday 5th November.

We highly recommend inspection on all items. We will endeavour to describe all goods as accurately as possible with the information we are given. Inspection is extremely important and highly recommended for potential buyers to ascertain the overall description and condition of any items they are considering purchasing.

BUYERS PREMIUM
This Sale is GST inclusive.

A Buyer's Premium of 17.25% including GST will be added to your winning bid price. Example winning bid $100.00. Add buyer's premium total cost $117.25.

AUCTION START TIME
Online Pre bidding will open by Monday 28th October . At 10.30am Wednesday 6th November timed bidding will stop and the live auction will begin from Lot 2. Any winning bids placed before the auction goes live will be carried over to the live auction.

BIDDING INCREMENTS
Bidding increments for this Auction are as follows: $0-$200 = $10 / $200-$500= $25 / $500-$1000 = $50 / $1000+ = $100.

RESERVES
We are selling on behalf of our clients (Vendors). The Vendor may stipulate reserves on their items. As such some of the items in this auction may be subject to a reserve. If the reserve is not met during the auction the item will be passed in. The Auctioneer can negotiate with the highest bidder. If the highest bidder does not buy the Auctioneer can then negotiate with other buyers.

PAYMENT & COLLECTION
An email will be sent at the end of the auction with a copy of your invoice and full payment instructions. Only bid if you can pay and collect per the following dates.

There are no payment facilities onsite. Payment must be made prior to collection and you will need to take a PAID invoice with you for collection. Payment can be made online to the bank account provided at the base of the invoice.

Collection is available up to 4pm on the day of Auction, then 8am to 4pm on Thursday 7th, Friday 8th and Saturday 9th November

All goods MUST be collected by 4pm Saturday 9th November.


Buyers are responsible to bring appropriate labour, PPE, tools and equipment to safely dismantle and collect any purchase. Buyers are responsible for any make-good to the premises for any damage caused by them or their agents during the removal of their goods. Remedies must meet the satisfaction of the landlord.
